Inside your Notion Hub you’ll find a simple request form. Describe the task (text, screenshots, or Loom video) and hit “Submit.” That instantly adds it to your queue. You can submit requests and reorder priorities at any time, so we’re always working on what matters most to you.
Is there any limit to the number of requests I can make?
There is no limit on how many requests you can submit- add as many as you like to your queue. We tackle them one at a time in the order you set and aim to deliver each within 72 hours. For larger requests, we’ll aim to share progress within 72 hours and iterate from there.
Can I pause my subscription or cancel at any time?
Yes - you can pause or cancel anytime, no questions asked. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the work you deliver?
We offer unlimited iterations on your requests to ensure you’re happy with the final result or make changes as your needs evolve. If you decide to cancel a plan, we’re happy to refund you the unused portion of your plan (annual plans will be refunded at the monthly rate).
